Aiki-Jitsu

Aiki-Jitsu is one of several styles of "Aiki" arts developed from the Takeda Family martial tradition.  Aiki-Jitsu utilizes throws, joint-locks, chokes, strikes, and low kicks combined with a combat tested strategy providing its practitioners with the skills to appropriately address situations ranging from an out of control family member to multiple armed assailants. The techniques of Aiki-Jitsu are as applicable today as they were on the battlefields and in the courts of feudal Japan.  Aiki-Jitsu is not a competive martial art which requires the application of rules which could prove fatal in real combat situations.
